Since 2010, our ASBL has been working with heart and dedication to offer a final dignified tribute to its deceased members within the European Union.
Our mission is to guarantee funerals that respect Islamic rites, imbued with dignity, solidarity and humanity.

Who are we?
The Enterrement Digne/Mazishi ya Heshima Association is a non-profit organization of the Muslim community. Its main objective is to promote mutual aid, solidarity and fraternity among its members, in order to guarantee a dignified burial, in accordance with the principles of Islam. It thus strives to strengthen an essential pillar to organize a funeral that is respectful and in accordance with Muslim traditions.

Our services
Information and support
In the event of death, the ASBL ED/MH informs the family about the steps to be followed according to the Belgian laws or the host country, in order to best guide them.
Organization and coordination
We facilitate communication between the family and the funeral home and help organize the funeral in accordance with Islamic rites.
Support for families
We participate in the organization of the funeral and provide moral and financial support to accompany families in these difficult times.
